Scale Up VA Solutions was built on one shared vision — to empower both business owners and virtual assistants to grow together.

Tina Jones, is a seasoned coach who has worked with business owners, leaders and realtors, helping them streamline and scale up their businesses since 1991. Through her coaching, she saw a common challenge: busy professionals struggling to do everything themselves. She knew that with the right support, her clients could focus on what truly drives growth.


 With her longtime associate, Ady, they discovered an unmet need for truly talented, direct-placement Virtual Assistants. This led them to create Scale Up VA Solutions—a company dedicated to placing, developing, and training Virtual Assistants who help the businesses they support scale up.

 Ady has worked alongside a top luxury real estate agent as part of a high-performing team, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Drawing from this experience, Ady now partners with Tina to lead the team at Scale Up VA Solutions, connecting businesses with well-prepared Virtual Assistants through a thoughtful process of recruitment, placement, and training—helping clients find the right support to make a meaningful impact on their business.

COO & Operations Manager

 Keith is a versatile leader who brings experience in training Virtual Assistants across real estate, customer service, appointment setting, lead management, and administrative support. With a strong background in client communication, lead sourcing, property management support, and customer relations, he is committed to helping VAs develop the skills and professional habits needed to support businesses effectively. As Operations Manager at Scale Up VA Solutions, Keith oversees daily operations, coordinates key processes, and helps ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Director of Talent Acquisition

Kim is in charge of the recruitment process and assesses applicants to ensure they align with our high standards through background checks, resume reviews, video interviews, and personality assessments.

With years of experience working in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, Kim has developed a strong understanding of the importance of making thoughtful placements based on an organization’s needs and goals.
